its not just the fights. The GIVE A shyt meter shown by the PLAYERS is light years beyond what it is in the NBA.

It boils down to how the sport is played. Much like football, you cant get on the ice and play half assed - You HAVE to try. Or you'll get your fukking neck broken.

In basketball you can hop on the court shoot a few 3'd and not really go all out.

The NBA all star game was sh*t, but the effort is there during the regular season games imo. The NHL f*cked around and struck gold with USA vs Canada and the fights thanks to Trump being in office and wanting to make Canada the 51st state, but that league is going to get passed up by the MLS in a few years. Y'all get so caught up in a brief moment and try to crown sh*t and champion them, but where's all the NHL threads at around here if they ready poppin like that consistently? :gucci:

As a hockey fan, PK is hot taking (and he’s good at it, they probably should use more on these debate shows lowkey). The 4 Nations being a success highlights how incompetently dumb the NHL is a business in terms of promoting and marketing their spot. But in no way it should be compared to the NBA ASG. The NHL ASG is the same thing in terms of :snooze: from a play standpoint. If NBA could do a 4 Nations involving 3 other countries filled high level NBA talent, it would be a hit too. All PK did was get attention and he did a great job since there is a thread on here about his comments

TNT crew is whatever. The issue is the NBA “analysts” don’t protect the product like the NFL “analysts”. It seems like NFL sticks to the games and games only. NBA enjoys talking about other shyt. It’s annoying outside of the TNT crew. Keep it about the basketball and stop bytching about threes. fukk ratings. NBA is paid until the next deal is done.

I do hate when 3 on 1 fast breaks get botched or ends with a three. That shyt has to stop by them AAU coaches allow that giddy shyt to happen and now it has infected college and the NBA. Outside of that, the product is the product. 3 is more than 2. I’ll avoid Celtics games and hope they don’t make the finals.
