I cant go below like 150g and that 150g is packed with essentials. 40g of fiber, 30g from fruits and veggies, etc. For context 8 oz of OJ is like 27g. 1 serving f rice is like 30g. So shyt adds up fast. I'm doing hella cardio on this cut, I need my carbs
