This a old ass thread but Mega is very poetic, has S ranking imagery, passion and believablity and every other 6 bar is a legit quotable. That being said you would believe he would be in the same rankings as his peers but it's always been debatable because of his flow.



Which makes me think about Prodigy because he has all the qualities but lacks in believability because his imagry and lyrics are unrealistic but that's what made him feared. "Rock you in your face, stab your brain with ya nose bone" has probably been sampled scartched like 10000000000 times in hip hop

I remember when Nature was talking about Mega one time, and said, "All these years and he still sounds like he just started rapping". LOL!! It's true though. People love underdogs, and that's the pocket Mega has been in his whole career. People love dude online, but I could never really f*ck with his music. It's almost like he struggles to get his words out or some sh*t. Half the time, he can't even stay on beat. I don’t know what it is. He's a good dude, but I never got into his music like that.

This was back when they had beef. He said people were telling him that Mega was talking sh*t about him, and he felt like he had to compete with Mega for his spot on the team. So he was throwing mad shots at him, lol.

But a lot of what he was saying, I agreed with. Nature was better than Mega in '98. Dude had a lot of classic work back then.
