Its great advice actually. I asked women I'm talking to before that question and it always brings clarity to the situation.
Most women who casually fukk while trying to date intentionally and find the "one", usually let the nikka they know is bad for them hit. The actual friendzoned nikkas or thoughtful dudes that hover in their existence are overlooked. Its like you kinda find out they not serious.

yeah but they lie and posture like they're not fukking when they are while dating multiple guys. the fukking makes them unable to be genuine about the dates with men who are looking for something serious.
it's like a guy with infinite finances, he has women at his disposal on account of his finances. those interactions make it more difficult for him to focus on serious women who would make a good wife because he leads with money (relatively speaking it's nothing for him) with women who will happily enjoy the lifestyle in exchange for sexual favours indirectly. that man would have to reevaluate his approach and minimize all outlier expenditures (money spent in excess of what your normal man would spend on dates).
casual sex is also ABSURDLY dangerous when you think about it. There is a chance you could end up getting pregnant or an std(I)
the least of that problem is you gotta spend resources on a baby or get burned and get medication
the other extreme end is the std and/or baby kill you in childbirth or overtime etc, there's also that possibility of these scenarios ruining you financially as well, not to mention laying up with a stranger you don't have much of an idea of who they are or what they really like to do, also the emotional issues that can come.
Like it makes me think why we push for 5-25 min pleasurable sex so hard in this country but do nothing really to insure we live in a country where having a family, which is ultimately the truest purpose of sex, the best we can do is go all out for abortions. its not worth it, I barely have like 5 bodies and I wish I just had my wife, It was a lot of wasted time to only just show off to my friends for the most part, I could've ruined my life so easily.

Mayne this is almost spot on to what I was thinking. I understand initial experimentation to figure out what role it plays in ones lifestyle, so in that note i have no regrets. But after a few times I think a self-actualized person can see its not that important....its for making babies first and foremost. If you not trying for that then get some business about yourself other than living for bytches n blunts.
But I guess that answers my own question, many people don't reach the level of self actualization.
