I doubt it.So he don't make money off of ustream and youtube
His UStream always has ads on it and he only recently started using his Youtube...which is to say, no.
I doubt it.So he don't make money off of ustream and youtube
Because BlackKing did shytty business and refused criticism.Well brother, what do you want me to say?
That it's ridiculous that we have grown men on this site who have created a cult-like following to a race hustler who's lowkey smart-dumb but gets away with it because it's what ya'll want to hear at the moment (hence the whole race hustler aspect)?
That it's extremely funny that Blackking was one of yall followers until he dealt with the man firsthand and found out Tariq wasn't who he thought he was and now instead of supporting one of your own, you've tossed him to the bushes in favor of a nikka who wants to liberate your wallet before you and yours?
That how it's the same group of dudes gathering like a bunch of sad puppies using the same tired arguments everytime a critique is placed on Tariq?
Nah, just doesn't give off the same humor to me :qp:
Tommy didn't used to be like that though. he was always more extreme but Tariq just thought dude was helping the general flux of the movement...then Tommy just went off the rails and started lashing out any anyone.Wasn't tariq a huge Tommy sortomayor supporter until their egos started to clash? Tommy is an open anti black racist...makes me question tariqs ulterior motives in all this.
These are just my opinions, but my take away from this rise of the YouTube clique of black commentators like umar and such is that they are exploiting very real issues for personal gain and self aggrandizement. They get off on the power and control of telling black people how wrong their day to day lives are, and what they need to be doing, and all the ego gratification it brings.
I just don't think they are sincere people. In Coates' writing he is constantly questioning himself ; his world, so not only is his stuff breathtaking, but he doesn't present himself as a 'do what I say or else' omnipotent authority. I feel a dialogue when I read people like Coates that I'm a participant in.
But you're free to pursue cats whom you feel enrich your life, and I'll do the same. I just don'tfukk with brothas like tariq on any level
because you'd complain about a 2-3 day rental too. What does this have to do with Tariq grossly charging 20 dollars for a one not 2 not 3 one day rental
What does this have to do with Tariq grossly charging 20 dollars for a one not 2 not 3 one day rental
How did you come to the assumption that I would complain if he offered me a multiple day rental like 99% of all rentals? I mean usually rentals have something that differ from buying this has barely anything.because you'd complain about a 2-3 day rental too.
Creating content isn't cheap.
You realize he has to come out of pocket for every Hidden Colors movie, right?
The Kickstarters don't even cover all of the costs
Apparently Tommy started hating on Tariq about something and was taking shots at him and then said something to him about why he didn't mention Jewish involvement in his HC series and Tariq said he mentioned white supremacy or something which covers that. Then Tariq had previously gave him(Tommy) $1000 for some documentary that Tommy has yet to produce. I think that's what started this whole clash between the two.Wasn't tariq a huge Tommy sortomayor fan until their egos started to clash? Tommy is an open anti black racist...makes me question tariqs ulterior motives in all this.
Ehh, I see it two ways. They certainly are capable of that but I think with everything, the consumer has a choice to not buy into w/e they're being sold. I don't know much about Umar but Tariq I see has a BUNCH of content on his sites and online for free which makes me on him selling shyt. If I find something of his to be unworthy of value, I K.I.M. I don't care for his clothing and "mack lessons" video dvd but his books and HC series are entertaining. These are just my opinions, but my take away from this rise of the YouTube clique of black commentators like umar and such is that they are exploiting very real issues for personal gain and self aggrandizement. They get off on the power and control of telling black people what they need to be doing, and all the ego gratification it brings.
I understand. I don't get that vibe of "do what t say!" from Tariq but I do get that from Umar. I seen someone say he lashed out because of money issues.I just don't think they are sincere people. In Coates' writing he is constantly questioning himself ; his world, so not only is his stuff breathtaking, but he doesn't present himself as a 'do what I say or else' omnipotent authority. I feel a dialogue when I read people like Coates that I'm a participant in.
I just take the good with the good and leave it that. I much prefer brotha's like Djehuty Ma'at Ra tbh.But you're free to pursue cats whom you feel enrich your life, and I'll do the same. I just fukk with brothas like tariq on any level
You're just a cheap b*stard fam.How did you come to the assumption that I would complain if he offered me a multiple day rental like 99% of all rentals? I mean usually rentals have something that differ from buying this has barely anything.
And does this have to do with hidden colors. So you telling me that hidden colors 4 is going to cost more then 120k that he raised ?
Because BlackKing did shytty business and refused criticism.
I mean for Christ's sake, some of ya'll are still lapping up Umar's garbage
nikka this lecture is 1 hour stop trolling . I just bought a bar of african black soap for 20 bucks far from cheap just have principlesYou're just a cheap b*stard fam.
Tariq independently has his own films in movie theaters but you're out here bytching about the cost of creating 2 hours of a feature documentary
white boys out here charging $499 for online training courses for ish u can learn for free but Tariq get called a hustler and con artist for $19 products
yall aint shyt and this a reason niccas dont start businesses directed to black people
