I disagree. I think a lot of blacks that grew up in the outskirts of a southern state grew up listening to country music because that was all that was played on the radio. But lets say you're right, there's plenty of white rappers that I don't think grew up listening to hip hop but they're mimicking other rappers for profit. I think Action Bronson had 1 white friend that had a Ghostface tape and he listened to that shyt once and said "I could do that" and got his fat ass in the game and made hundreds of thousands of dollars on some copycat shyt.
