Why Does Hip Hop Accept White Rappers While Country Music Doesn't Accept Any Black Singers?

Coli has some of the worst logic...how many black people do you actually know that are trying to get into country music?
and I can guarantee any black country music singer would be called a c00n on here because to get money in that crowd you have to be into what is considered "white things"...
...black folks for the most part hold themselves out of the music.

Could you imagine if someone brought some country music to a black party :sadcam:
The names they would be called :snoop:
nikkas would dress up like a woman if they thought they could make money doing it. So you know damn well that if they thought they could make a buck in country music they would do it. They know the cacs won't let them in. Cacs that don't give a fukk about hip hop is making money in hip hop.

Didnt Darius Rucker (lead dude from Hootie and the Blowfish) have and is still having a long running successful Country music career with multi-platinum albums? I remember reading he even outsold Jay-Z once (his 2008 album over American Gangster)

But country music is still pretty much self-contained. It's cult-like. That ish is the lowest level on the music totem pole, they get less love at the Grammys than rap does. Outside of a handful of acts, it's still very underground. As far as artistry goes, it's still heavily lyric and mood influenced. Just like Blues, Country will accept anyone, but you have to be about that life. Not so much the Hillbilly ish, but the drinking, working deadend jobs just to feed the family, arguing with the misses, fighting the man on ownership of the farm. If you can relate, and put it in the music, they'll accept you. N!ggas won't eff with it because it's just not "cool" and never will be. Image is everything.

Not all of the Dollys, Kenny the Gamblers, Willie, Billy Ray Cyrus and whoever been popping over the past 2 decades still can't seem to move it into the mainstream to take over by storm. That Taylor Swift girl hasn't looked back at country since seeing that Pop fame. People don't even know that I Will Always Love You (Whitney) was penned by Dolly and is a country song originally.

It's the fukking truth.

You're suggesting that young black kids looking to establish a hustle in the music industry WOULD do country but don't because they know "cacs" won't let them.

That sounds dumb.

They don't because they aren't really interested. If more young black kids listened to country there would be more of them making the music but there aren't. Even the younger singers within the genre are making music that has obvious rap influence because rap music is more popular across the board with the youth.

And you know better...you do. But the thread is already 5 pages long, it's a little late to just admit that you're wrong and have all this flim flam be for nothing.

Like I said, nikkas like Tyler Perry put on dresses as a hustle because he knows it's money doing it. nikkas would do anything for a buck and if country music had money for nikkas they would permeate that shyt too if they were welcomed.
