I like my steak medium rare/well.. Just finally gave it a chance cause someone kept telling me how much more flavor is in the steak and how tender it is that way
Never went back to well done... But I was watching the travel channel, and the white people on there said they have rare or bloody because you can taste the essence of the steak... Whatever that means

Theres nothing distinguishable in taste between a $6 chuck eye steak cooked well done and a filet mignon cooked well done.
Expensive steak is delicate. Chefs refuse to remake steak orders cooked well done.
