Why do we not have black/AA bands anymore?

I feel like we coulda took thrash metal to a new level. It was kind of already street, lots of other minorities were into it. It was political. We coulda made it less corny.

Theres a Swedish band called Carnal Forge that has their Black Singer back. He's pretty dope. Thrash is almost like rap almost

Also I feel like being in punk/metal/hardcore/rock band gets tiring after you get a bit older and you aren't as mad at the world anymore.
A lot of my friends that used to play in bands either moved on to rap or just became house DJs.
That;s why I always respected those bands that were around for 15+ years and the members still have time to jam even between marriage raising families and doing family man stuff.

I wanted to post the album with the Carnal Forge guy but youtube is gay with licenses now.

Sometimes the delivery in thrash metal is fukking lit, it sounds like hip hop. I just like how fast it goes. Mid paced music gets boring sometimes. We could've took it over and showed them how to do it
