Why do some black people claim obviously mixed people as black?

Watch it when you say "Obviously mixed", my moms best friend is a woman with greenish/blueish eyes, and sandy brown hair and she is BLACK.. Her mom is lightskin, and her dad is like caramel... both regular looking black people... But her whole family is lightskin...

My girlfriend in high school looks STRAGHT MIXED.... her mom is darkskin...her dad is caramel.....


But as far as why Black people still claim "mixed" people? Well thats a biological thing... Black genes dominate all races.

If you were to blood test a mixed person their blood would not be perfectly 50/50, they'd most of the time test for a majority Negroid.
White people are recessive... sort of like mixing a sprinkle of kool-aid in water.
