there's been dna studies breh. the admixture has been on a wide scale. it just happened a long time ago when there were not more than a few thousand people in the Horn of Africa and a few visitors could affect the gene pool for millenia. the levels of admixture in east africa are between 35-50% depending on the ethnic group.

the only other place where you see family members where one person has an afro and another has straight hair is BRAZIL. another country with alot of admixture.

As a an isaaq nikka myself, I can tell you that Somali females are generally lighter than the men for two reasons:

1)They stay at home more

2)They on that Diana
