Why do so many of these black athlete podcasts have some rando CAC on them??

Some of them are their friends, I think the one from Josh Hart was his old teammate as well. Not just randoms
Black folk actually try to live up to the principles that white folk only pretend to as it relates to things like diversity.
Diversity has become a swear word in today's US.
These Podcasters think a cacs presence gives them legitimacy and credibility. Theyre not after a Black audience as they deem it poor.
Sports has us cross paths and even “friendships” with some or a lot of white folks.
I can see if you seen a random white chick on a black women’s podcast…. Because them Mafukkas can’t mix for shyt. But that’s a whole other topic.

Amin El Hassan spoke on this before, seems flaw and fake….but it’s a skill to be somebody who’s a likeable hangeron or in an athletes/talents orbit. He worded it basically as a dudes who roll with the talent and knows to keep quiet, plays up the celebrity/talent, not be more likeable/interesting than the athlete/talent/celebrity…but still likeable.
shyt sounded like he was describing women who target young athletes or musicians and play their role til they hit it big…..this is just in male form, white male form in this case.
I think they got some clause that they gotta have a white co host if they wanna start a podcast. 
Udonis Haslem and Mike Miller got one as well but at least MM was a serviceable player and teammate.
Shaq got one with that tnt halftime dude (not ernie). Definitely no coincidence to this shyt.

Club 520 (Jeff Teague and his homies) and Knuckleheads (Q-Rich and Darius Miles) don't have a random white dude on their podcast
To sum up the thread.
Top three reasons:
1. Crossover effect (if there's a cac, then other cacs will be checking for the podcast).
2. If the podcast is the cacs whole idea, then the black people are just the ones in front of the camera only there to bring the conversation and the image.
3. Production (cac may be the one handling paper work, reaching out to interviewees, working out the logistics, catering to the guests prior to the interview, etc...).
