I always thought black men preferred thick women like Beyoncé/Ashanti etc not fat. I don’t think black women's obesity is their fault. It’s due to not understanding and prioritizing health and fitness then shaming men into accepting it.

This, a lot of it is economic. Generally Black Men Don't have the leverage to dictate beauty standards to our women. If their fat then most of us have to accept it.

Definitely a class thing, cause my friend didnt give a shyt(then again before his glow up he was fat too), but when his income increased and he dropped the weight, he turned into al bundy and stayed clownin fat women/people.
