Something leaking doesn't mean it isn't exclusive to the service provider, everything leaks no matter what service it's available on and you don't need to pay for any monthly service if you're pirating music so I'm not exactly sure what the point is you're trying to make.

If an album is exclusive to Tidal, that means it's only available on Tidal in spite of the fact that you can pirate that album by downloading it from a torrent site, but if that's the route you take to get music, then you're probably not paying for a streaming service.

This has been going on for decades. Dr. Carter G. Woodson wrote about it in The Miseducation of the Negro, about how certain blacks avoid patronizing black businesses because they think it's unclean and would rather support the white man who treats them like shyt.
