Why do people consider it to be ''cool'' to slander Tidal?

Why do y'all who use it get so butthurt that people ain't fukking with it? Spotify been around longer, and apple is so easily integrated into the phones of millions of users, as is google play music, is it hard to see why folks who use these services ain't paying for tidal long term simply to have first day access to albums that will be on the net within hours?

fukk tidal and all y'all who keep whining about the shyt. This thread is like crying about people using chrome instead of Firefox, like the fukk, use what you like and don't worry about the next (hating) man

The tidal hate is exagerrated, that's the point of the thread...which you're ironically proving.

Tidal is probably not really even owned by Jay-z.... I've always suspected them crackers just put him in the forefront to get black support.

its a good service and i use it but they haven't recovered from the joke of the introduction and roll out.
shyt looked like a SNL sketch spoofing the Avengers...so the jokes will always fly because of it.

Wrong
Jay z owns the company...

"Tidal was launched in 2014 byNorwegian/Swedish public company Aspiro. It has distribution agreements with all of thethree major labels, in addition to manyindies.[4] In the first quarter of 2015, the parent company Aspiro was acquired by Project Panther Ltd., which is owned byShawn "Jay Z" Carter."

Because they offer the same exact survice that Pandora and Spotify does
but at a higher price,

And you can miss me with the whole ''Tidal drops exclusive content'', Nothing what they drop is exclusive the stuff gets leak within 10 mins of it being uploaded to Tidal
:patrice: Are we so used to getting free music that paying 10$ a month for unlimited music is unthinkable?

At least they pay their artists:manny:

Something leaking doesn't mean it isn't exclusive to the service provider, everything leaks no matter what service it's available on and you don't need to pay for any monthly service if you're pirating music so I'm not exactly sure what the point is you're trying to make.

White tech press hate Tidal. It's funny.

When Ye finally released his album on iTunes and Spotify, every article made sure to mention that you could now cancel your Tidal subscriptions/free trials.
Had me like :jbhmm:
This is actually when I full on noticed it. Saw that on the Reddit front page and I was like :dahell:

Didn't see that after the Apple Trial ended either :mjpls:

These are the same people that say they sign up to Apple for "exclusive" radio shows like OVO SOUND RADIO, even though that leaks directly after as well.

I'll just say this...if Tidal was owned by Justin Timberlake and not Jay-Z there would be a lot less hate. :sas1:

:sas2:
Negative assessment. Justin Timberlake bought MySpace and we seen what happened with that.

That's a misconception. No service pays the artists. They pay the labels and then the labels disburse to the artists.
