Why do Muslims feel the need to respond violently to everything which "offends" Islam

Qur'an burning or Muhammad drawings provoke such violent reactions across the Islamic world.

For a religion which calls itself a "religion of peace" that is very uncalled for.

I see Atheists shytting on Christians all the time and I don't see a violent backlash.

I think they correlate to poverty and socioeconomic discrepancies. Also, I think post-9/11 the community really rallied on its religious/cultural/ethnic pride (not saying they rallied on action of 9/11 itself) and got really defensive about being attacked or treated like a population of fault

my theories though

My theory is the religion is inherently violent.

I do not see Hindu's/Buddhists doing this stuff when someone makes fun of Buddha

I agree with OP. Only religion which this kind of uncivilized behavior shows up is Islam.

I don't think any other religion react the way Muslims do.

good explanation and definitely speaks to a significant factor behind this phenomenom but not entirely

some of it is inherent to the faith

That's because Islam is a fraud. Muhammad showed up over 500 years after Jesus.

:what:
Not all Muslims do that. I come from a Muslim family. Hell I used to be Muslim. I never attacked a non Muslim in my life... Well not because of religion. Try not to be a dumb ass. Also, the Bible is violent. Don't get me started on that shytty book.

What religion are you with?

So I can have a laugh at your expense. :russ:
