:ehh:

drake just needs one good smack and all that would stop:russ:

better question......why do some artist start getting arrested, become gangstaz or join a gang after they get a deal:heh:.........some never even have a record till they get signed...... i can think of a few well known ones.....the most notable would be pac but there are many more...... i think the battery in the back by there hanger-ons is the answer for this in most cases... some rappers are not str8 puzzy but just feel the pressure of having to live out the character they create to convince there fans they about the:duck: they spit

I’m never putting up a shot unless it calls for it
No hesitation so I’m shooting if I draw for it
Pow, Pow, fukk is up, now man I’m in this ho

Wayne's here, Soo-woo!
Why are you pulling out metaphors to other things though?
You're an Eminem stan right? So you should know all about those.

You got the mansion, bytches, money, fame, connections, goons-for-hire, influence. I guess after a while you start feeling yourself :manny: Feeling like you can't be touched :manny:

Rappers don't just do it either. Diddy is one of the most cut throat nikkas out there when I doubt he was that way at Uptown or at Howard :ld:

its cuz anyone whoever wants to be a rapper wants to be a G. Esp if u were born in the 80's. That was one of the appeals to rap, is its edginess and its edginess is in its 'gangsta'.

i mean its crazy how soft rappers are nowadays. even if they try to be g, they come off as some cornballs (ie drake and breezy).

I think its cuz they know they aren't a G and now that they got more yes-men they can live out their image when no one at all thinks these soft-cornballs are G.

Walkin round with 5 brolic a$$ bodyguards then rappin like u a G. and u wonder why no one takes ur G seriously.

Just keep rhymin bout heartbreak.

"secret service"? :rudy:

Anyway Busta also started sounding more "gangsta" later in his career right? I mean it started taking a bigger place in his music IMO

busta actually was in the streets.
before obfcl allowed the no over obsessive drug content restraint from cowboys death.
to be fully lifted off of ny rap content wise.
so you started to hear more of it in his rhymes as a first person thing.
after that progressively in his content.

imo,..it is still actually kinda contained in regards to others.
people unfamiliar with busta's whole background/history as a violator in thr native.
are just showing what they did not know when they complain.
exposing what little they really know while claiming to be experts falsely.

Nah...you just EXPOSED yourself on what LITTLE that you really know

Where do you get this shyt that Busta was running with the enforcers known as the "VIOLATORS" during thier prime when they were the muscle for Red Alert during the 80's?!?!?

when Ali and Black Jesus was putting hands on people getting rowdy at Zulu and Red Alert events...and also holding fort during the whole BDP/JUICE CREW beef.......

Busta's involvment with the Violators didn't take place till after his exit from the L.O.N.S and it was strictly a BUSINESS relationship because this is at the time that Chris Lighty had transformed the Violators from a security entourage backing Red Alert to becoming a full fledged professional management/record imprint firm...........
