Why Do Fans Downplay People When They're In TNA But Hype Them Up Once They Get To WWE?

Maybe it's just cause their brand sucks, their fans are idiots and finally: nobody watches that trash

I’m not even talking about TNA the brand. I’m talking about talent getting huge pops after debuting or returning from this brand that “sucks” and that “no one watches.”

Is it? All I'm saying is that people who downplay non-WWE talent on the Internet, particularly TNA talent need to keep the same energy when they debut/return. Don't go crazy when EC3 or Lashley come back but wait until they've "proven themselves on the big stage" again.

Diesel didn't get a huge pop when he debuted, he was just some big dude protecting HBK.

To be fair tho, i give them all a chance.

I personally have never liked Samoa Joe. Ever.

But once he came to nxt i gave him a chance and now I'm a real fan.

I tried to do the same thing with Austin Aries, and he just never won me over.

All I knew of Roode was beer money. And that wasn't something that made me want to watch.

Keep it honest, wwe when they're on top of their game, which isnt a ton anymore, is generally better than other promotions. Therefore the characters come off better

I wasn't really talking about anyone in TSC in the OP, I'm mainly talking about white boys on Wreddit, Twitter, WF, etc. The majority of people on here do give guys a chance, I mean we even had watch parties from two random indy shows this past weekend.

Yeah I agree with you about WWE being the best when they put their minds to it. I do wish they treated black wrestlers and other non-white wrestlers better when it comes to pushes but that should improve as the years go by.
