Why do Black People still do drugs in 2013?

I don't know of many white ppl who had their grandmother or aunt raise them because their parents loved crack more than their own children.

Have you traveled the states much? Have you been in poor white areas for anything?(hustled, worked, had a bytch or routinely seen poor white areas in America)?

Nah, when I go out of town I'm not trying to visit no poor white communities. Me being of Libyan descent you could understand why that wouldn't be in my best interest. What I can tell you about is a street in East Oakland called International Blvd A.K.A E-14th. In deep east Oakland that street is like the walking dead full of Black Zombies. The worst part of that is that those people are someone's parents so imagine what the child of a dopefiend grows up to be. This is why my city is full of Chief Keef's.

The difference is the domino effect. The kids of those White ppl in middle America usually grow up to be productive citizens as opposed to the offspring of Black parents that do drugs who usually become a drug dealer at best or a robber/killer at worst. The cycle is the biggest disparity.

White ppl often can get away with that sh*t, they'll go go rehab, get clean, get another job with the "I was young and stupid" routine.....black folks don't have that same luxury.

I knew white kids in college with me who were doing coke, x, etc and they were still passing their classes and such....but I knew better than to fool with that stuff

To escape from reality I would assume which leads to forming a habit then it becomes a addiction for some.

When I think of this issue on the larger scale with regards to the community I think of the Opium Wars in China for some reason.
