Drug dealers offer jobs more quickily and easily than any corporate company will and when you're trying to eat or even just buy basic living necessities you kind of go with what options you have available.

Not at all saying I agree with selling drugs but it's easier to get employed. I feel if drug dealers would focus more on laundering their profits, they can offer the same job opportunities without the legal rammifications.
i do it because its easy isn't really justification, its a lame excuse

Well your issue isn't with me and I deserve my 10 rep back. The OP clearly made this thread about black people. I am on topic and speaking from my experience but from a faceless person to another to be super critical is idiotic. You're going off as if I said all black people do not pool money together and go legit. I mean large scale not a damn car wash or corner store to sell more drugs out of. I am from Liberty City and I have seen some things maybe where you're from it is a lot more structured but it is wild wild west down here.

D,

large scale as in? It's not as easy to money launder as it was years ago. It's done on all levels of society but if you come from the ghetto, chances are you may have grinded and made a few dollars but you missing the networking at the higher levels of society due to you not being exposed to that. Another thing is the money in the drugs at the bottom rung are not what it once was years ago, you could still come up but you face a bit more obstacles so the money you making probably goes to things that "get you by" rather than assets or "large scale things" on the bottom rung.

I mean it's all fun and games until you get caught.

My homeboy sold and now he's in federal prision until 2025 or something like that. He went to jail at 38. I'm just hoping he bought some real estate or laundered those profits in some way so he doesn't come out of jail and not have shyt.

My uncle married into a family where his sister in law was involved with a major drug dealer. She owns a bunch of businesses...hair salon, bails bondsmen, night club and a bunch of real estate. She was basically the front for all the businesses and she also had a regular job. They could never tie her to anything illegal though. She in turn hires friends and family to run these businesses. I think that's how it should go.

Technology is one of the obstalces I mentioned in the above post. I agree way too many rats(paid informants) and crutball nikkas so that makes it a toxic environment, but once street nikkaz is eduucated to a point of where we call get it to a certain level out there, you will see rebuilding to an extent. People grind for a lot of different things, sometimes it's circumstance. I just don't like to see m/f's down talking people who don't understand their struggle that's all

It's obvious that drugs have been the worse thing to hit the Black community since the Cacs took that trip across the pond with their rifles and cages. When I go back to visit the slums I see young dopefiends which is crazy to me. How can you be in your 20's and 30's and be a drug addict if you're Black and witnessed what your family members went through?

Drugs were the worst thing to ever happen to the Libyan since 1865. I just don't get how some of you nikkas can use coke, heroin or even Molly. You're a disgrace to the Libyan and should be eradicated.

libyan? Ok Dr. Narceese

Coke and molly are fun....but im try to limit that shyt. Havent done drugs in a while.

The same reason white people do drugs, the same reason humanity does drugs :manny:

:stopitslime: ethnic minorities need to stop being grouped together, why is it white people don't have these cliches?

At the beginning of mean streets
Basically, along with segregation and all that other shyt to keep the black people down, drugs were apart of that. It's easy money, especially like others said when jobs are scare. Don't get high off your own supply though. :ld:

the lack of a proper education will forever keep us down

Truth. When I mean a proper education, I'm not just talking about "Academia"/"Degrees". You can have a proper education just by getting a library card and reading.
