Pac wasn't running from the police trying to make a desperate escape...He was on his way to a concert and saw two white dudes attacking a black man and decided to intervene.

Well it's not that I disagree with you but busting a gun doesn't doesn't make you tough. Taking a life doesn't make you tough either, some serial killers have incredibly cowardly tendencies and their method of murder often reflected that. Pulling a trigger has nothing to do with tough.
