Why did the popularity of Krispy Kreme die down? Did the quality falloff?

I remember when the drive through for KK was twice as long as how it is for Chik Fil A

I remember back when the high schools in cities where there was no KK would have a fundraiser selling KK and students literally got robbed for them



Seeing the Hot sign lit would cause accidents

People use to buy multiple dozens of KK and resell them for 3 times the price in cities that didnt have it



But now shyt nothing like that

you cant heat them up they deflate and lose all honor.
