A lot of the people I know actually liked the song, its a good song to me. Only problem I have with Untitled is that the song "letter to the king" should have been on Untitled, and "we make the world go round should've been on LAX, its like there was a mix up on the song selection process.

Always skipped it for some reason. Didn't hate it, but never really stuck for me. Nas' music usually always appreciates imo so I'll have to revisit that one.

I actually think the Chris Brown/Game feature is better and unfairly hated on.

Agree 100%

yea, i never understood why this song was hated so much either... both make the world go round and hero were dope songs.. some of the best songs on untitled....

Do you know how much it PAINS me to agree with you? :stopitslime:

I still bump that song on the regular, the energy of the song was on point, especially the way it ended with that pure uncut raw ass dope in the form of words that was the last verse :ahh: sneaking that in on a "commercial" single :jawalrus:

how did you think it was that beat when polow da dan produced it and yelled all over it??

also that rumor was from like 2004 and untitled dropped in 2008 so feel free to explain this assanine assumption.

a lot of people thought it was...were you on sohh or.....? When the song leaked and there wasn't prod. credits. Also...metaphysical go meditate breh it's really not that serious, I said myself it was stupid.

nikkas wanna put NaS in a box:stopitslime: like he's not allowed to make songs where he's not ultra serious. He likes to have fun, party, fukk bytches, get wasted, and rap over hot beats too.
And the thing about this particular song is its still lyrical. People say this song dont fit in but that third verse is his explanation about the albums name and how they tried to shut him up. All his so called commercialized songs have lyrical elements in them.
As far as the production for hero and make the world go round, he's showing the doubters and the haters he can spit ovet hot beats, plus it gives his catalog sound variety. It also helps draw in the casual consumer who may not be aware of who NaS is and might want to give him a try.

In short, don't question the fukking goat:birdman:

a lot of people didnt think that. its possible that mask your wearing is too tight and your hallucinating.

its not that serious. im actually thoroughly entertained at your puzzle piece version of history. for the record in this reality and timeline the "2 million dollar neptunes beat" was known as the song from charlies angels sndtrk.

that was 2003. how you confused that with a properly titled release almost nine years later is amazing.

also nas would never pay pharell for no beat, ever.

"no bookbags and trucker hats, just army jacks.."

"I aint frontin, I don't know pharrell, he wear pastel colors I wear the pain, of the Soledad brothers and them chrome gat busters.."

"You and your Star Trak fam I'm thinking you cats are weird.."

i couldnt just let you believe this, its my job to kick facts :salute:
