I would've wanted to have played from day 1 if I came in with as much hype as he did just to smooth it over a bit and also to work out the kinks in my game

Why does everyone keep talking about Arch transferring? He's not transferring. His grandfather and dad said he's happy at Texas. Archie said Eli sat for two years, and it was the best thing for his development.

Fulmer put him in relatively early ..first few games of his freshman year and he was the dude the rest of the way.

That's pretty rare nowadays because top recruits all go to the same schools and there's guaranteed to be a couple of other 4 or 5-star guys in front of you.
