Ewers sould make a nice 2nd round stash away for an NFL Team.

That boy is talented but inconsistent, have him mature with a solid organization would do wonders for him

He fumbled his college career IMO by going to texas

I would've wanted to have played from day 1 if I came in with as much hype as he did just to smooth it over a bit and also to work out the kinks in my game

I bet Cooper/Eli/Archie/Peyton all feel like Arch is ready mentally but not physically.

He doesn't need money and they don't want him being overexposed in college. Two years of starting is all he'll need. Anywhere else, he'd be expected to be THAT DUDE on Day 1. Unneeded pressure.

Well that's the point of what I said, get the hype out of the way. He's still going to be expected to be that dude now since he hasn't played much, but if you do it from day 1, get as much experience as you can, I think that'll be more valuable going into the NFL. That's just how I feel tho

Anything less than a natty is a failure for him at Texas given this years results.

I saw Arch play in high school being that we are from the same state. He’s always just been okay. People thinking he’s going to come in and be like his Uncle Peyton better taper their expectations.

There is a reason he went somewhere like Texas where he could sit a while before he’s thrown to the wolves.

To be honest, Arch has always been 2-3 star prospect with a 5 star last name.

I called this with either him or Ewers being in the transfer portal in a year or two last year if this is true. Yall will find out that Arch isn’t all that great.

Why does everyone keep talking about Arch transferring? He's not transferring. His grandfather and dad said he's happy at Texas. Archie said Eli sat for two years, and it was the best thing for his development.

TF going on in here. Yall acting like the Mannings are angry helicopter parents breathing down Sarkisians neck

Theyve said multiple times they want Arch to take his time growing and learning behind Ewers

Thats the same things I thought..There was a couple interviews with Mcafee where Peyton kept it 100, in a round about jokey way but you could sense the truthfulness...I think people in general just get a kick out of downplaying talent tho and being the one that said it when in all fails...

He couldn’t even compete at the highest level in HS. He would’ve got killed starting as a true freshman
