Just out of curiosity, can anybody here name a country populated primarily by Subsaharan Africans that has low crime/violence?

I think Botswana is one. Maybe Barbados?

There are a few like Sierra Leone (which is surprising considering they had a civil war in the past decade or so), Malawi (lower homicide rate that the United States), Sao Tome and Principe and a couple others. For what it's worth, the Malawians that I've met are some of the most humble and down to earth people that I've come across.

You need to remember that a lot of these African countries are dealing with a combination of decades long ethnic and tribal conflicts from the colonial era, abject poverty and systemic corruption. By and large, they are usually pretty safe beyond petty crime. For some reason the most violent countries in Africa are concentrated in the Southern Africa (Swaziland, Lesotho, Namibia, South Africa etc); and they are all related culturally and linguistically. It's like they have some warrior gene or something.

Most violent countries in the world though are all mostly in Central America, and this is because they serve as the route for illegal narcotics flowing in from Colombia through to Mexico.

Black men can't exert ourselves economically and politically. For other races, men brag about graduating medical school, finishing their PhD. For us, it's stunting on Facebook. Stunting in the club.
