is there another way they are used? Or rather is there another way black people DO like to use them :heh:

Techno is more "drug related". At least how I know it...

psychedelics are used for medicinal purposes some places

I was made to go to KCP damn near every summer. After that first time it was REALLY fun as hell. I always enjoyed seeing those Detroit females. I'm from the Sag so it was a nice change of pace..And the college females roaming the campus during the summer...OOOOOO :steviej:

a lot of techno is boring soulless blippity blop shyt

that 'perculator' track one cat was talking about was str8 buttcheeks

how do u expect a certain genre to thrive, if 80% of the music don't evoke no feelings of joy, or feelings of anything in the damn listener

If you've never got broke off by a woman to percolator you haven't lived.

shyt you'd be suprise how many hood nikkas be at dem Techno Festivals

i think the older generations like it more tho my pops stay listening to house/techno

nowadays its blended in with rap

Yeah, man. We got bombarded with it in the early 90's.......

It just got kinda difficult to keep dancing to beats in-excess of 140 BPM and there were just too damned many different sub-genres to keep up with.....Jungle, Drum n' Bass, Hardcore, Trance, etc......

Only places black people are really into electronic music are Chicago, Detroit, Baltimore and Jersey. I sure there are a few more places but these are the big ones.

see, this Cybotron - Clear song i would call it hip hop cause it has that same vibe, to me.

it isn't, the shyt was made before "hip-hop" was even a full musical culture. Everything about it makes it techno...

you only even associate it with hip-hop because its been sampled and used by so many who participate in the hip-hop culture.
