I took a music history course in school, and the amount of music stolen from blacks was unbelievable.
Black artist would have a hit song on the charts and they would just steal it word for word...:wtf:

Even my teacher (white lady) was disgusted by it.

I didn't realize the extent of the theft of Black people music in America until I read an article on Country music a few years back. I had no idea that what we know as Blue Grass/Country Music was actually a music form created by Black people/Slaves, which they played in the minstrel shows. It was very popular music for it's day. White people heard it and liked the music and they started playing it and they added their folk songs from their old country. Then I learned that the banjo (banjar) which is at the heart of Country/Blue Grass music is actually from Africa; and the slaves built them when they got to America. They taught the White people how to play it. The Slaves also made and played fiddles as soon as they arrived in America.

The strangest part is that Ray Charles had one of the highest selling country album of all time. People said that he crossed over to make it, but it was obvious that he didn't. He was actually playing the music of Black people but obviously people had forgotten that Black people created and used to play country music, which in retrospect is probably Blues music which is probably where we get Blue Grass. The amount of art that Africans have brought to America is simply unbelievable.

They do have a culture but its very boring and unfulfilling.
Music- Nothing exciting. EDM was a black thing dont let them try to tell you Skrillex invented EDM. I'll give them classical music but again its not something you listen when you are having a good time... .

Classical music is from ancient Egypt, which is probably why it is called classical music.

The harp, flute, trumpet, lyre are from Egypt.

" ... other major categories of musical instruments (percussion, wind, stringed) were represented in pharaonic Egypt. Percussion instruments included hand-held drums, rattles, castanets, bells, and the sistrum--a highly important rattle used in religious worship. Wind instruments included flutes (double and single, with reeds and without) and trumpets. Stringed instruments included harps, lyres, and lutes--plucked rather than bowed."...

imperialist mentality. It's in their DNA.
Imperialism isn't in any one groups DNA.
You saying this is just a round about way of excusing yourself from giving any deeper thought as to why different groups on different continents develop differently and why societies go the way they do.

It is true that it is ignorance from our own people, but to be honest Black people are so talented and make so much music that it is probably easy to forget that we are the creators of a music form like Country/Blue Grass music. After all not many black people still play the banjo, so you would be hard pressed to impress upon young Black people that their ancestors that brought that instrument to this country. We are an ignorant people, but our victories start with awareness.

The Moors had a lot to do with your art and literature. In fact most Europeans were illiterate before the Moors invaded.

True.

But we defend our ignorance diligently.
