nikka, i'm talking about NATION wide not just this board idiot. Nationally the game was extremely hyped. Had a multimillion dollar ad campaign behind it. Destiny commericials are all over TV, especially the NFL games. The fukking game was awarded over 130 awards since 2013 E3

No not true at all. As @Hiphoplives4eva said that may be the case around here. But in the rest of the world the hype for destiny was huge. They spent hundreds of millions on marketing. Huge interviews, videos, and documentaries like those I posted in the OP.
Dudes here ignored it cause they've always hated on halo/bungie, but then when it became apparent that this is THE big game in PS4 world, they switched and now are in love with it, despite it being the most egregious example of "anti consumer" "lying devs" "DLC" "overhype" in recent times.
