Why are teachers allowed to talk about school & classroom business on social media? Most jobs don’t allow that.

Professionalism needs to be brought back to the workplace.

We are at a point where the loud and obnoxious dictate policy because they run to the front and speak for everyone. The behaviour he displayed wouldn't be accepted in the office, it should not be acceptable in a school where the children are more vulnerable.

You have kids learning a different pace and kids struggling to come out of their shell. What that dikkhead did was tell them that the classroom is a stage. It should be a safe space for them and now we have reached irony.

Those are all personal choices, nobody forced them to go to college. They can't blame anyone else but themselves. They chose to go to college, they chose to spend thousands in the their degree field.

Only when people learn to take accountability is when life gets better.

You're not wrong... but there is definitely a correlation in who's going into education and why they're there.

There is also this misconception it's perfectly acceptable/normal to send children into the school system inadequately prepared to learn.....where they're reliant on perfect world scenarios, overly attentive/caring teachers and students who's parents have instilled morals/ethics into them.

Now, all of the plights of teachers and whatever commentary they've had about their students, staff and districts has always existed....but that shyt stayed in the lounge and you didn't hear/see it until you became an adult
