First two albums are classics for me. I still play those crazily, to this day.
And as a day one fan of these dudes, I can honestly say that Tash was mad overrated. J-Ro was just as dope as dude, but for whatever reason, people went crazy for Tash back in the day. Then when he dropped his solo, it was trash. Some people are better off staying in their groups. Tash was never dope enough to go solo.
After the second album, they got off-course. The drinking gimmick got a little corny, and they just didn't have that undeniable quality anymore. 21 & Over was the first album I ever bought on CD, as a kid. They were mad dope, but a lot of groups got lost in the mix after '96.
