I am impressed that you think the human technology would stand up against the full might of Cybertron. Impressed with you monumental hubris, that is. The humans would be perfectly fine if they just stood aside and let Megatron get the resources needed to revitalize Cybertron. The planet may be left as a husk, but really mankind was not efficiently using the resources at hand anyway. Besides, mankind would probably kill itself off in another 100 years or so, so what does it really matter if they die by Cybertronian hands or by their own incompetence in maintaining their biosphere?
