Mavs still had Dirk
Lakers still had Kobe and Bynum

Spurs is not even debatable, nobody on the SPurs was a shell of themselves, Parker and Ginobli were as good as theyve ever been, Duncan was older but he was much closer to his young self than Pierce or Allen. and they had the best record in the L. If you beat Chi with Rose Id give you credit but last years run to the Finals was a hell of a lot more impressive for the HeaT than this years. Plus you didnt need any help from the refs last year.

I'd give them their props for beating the spurs after being put in a 0-2 hole.

BUT

Mavs and Lakers were not, I repeat, were not contenders this year.
Nobody even gave them a chance to begin with.
Those fukk boys from OKC were heavy favorites in those first two rounds.

Those two series wins were about as impressive as when the Cavs beat the bulls and Hawks back in 09.

You're just an agenda picking faqqit.

Of course the ATL
I've already decided to put an * next to this years title winner :pacspit:

Easier to do that then to give credit to either MIA or OKC. Whoever wins the title this yr is as deserving as any other champion in NBA history & should probably get something extra for making it through this condensed season

Ill give you the Mavs but I disagree on the Lakers, I think the Lakers had the 5th best shot at winning after OKC, Heat, Bulls, and Spurs. Thats way more impressive than beating the Pacers.

Nah Breh

People were not even sure if the Lakers were still the best team in LA..even the Grizz got more respect than them.

OKC only impressive series win is against the spurs.

And of course the Bulls losing Rose changed the match ups in the East...but shiit happens. Bosh missed 8 games..came back and helped them blow out the Cs twice in a row.

I wonder how the Thunder would look without Harden :skip:

The Pacers had a better record than LA and provided more matchup problems for Miami than the Lakers did for OKC. The odds of them couldn't have been that high to win a title when the odds of them beating OKC were slim as fukk.

Not sure if you guys are being serious saying the Pacers were better than LA this year and OKC had an easy time with LA.

Miami didn't have Bosh after game one of that Indy series; that's the biggest reason they struggled and again against Boston to begin that series.

LA genuinely had OKC on the ropes twice (games two and four) and just collapsed. Kobe in particular gave G2 away. They had OKC playing at their pace and absolutely blew it.

They had a lead late in G4 and just failed to close. Durant made the big shot and Kobe didn't.

I thought LA outplayed OKC for three straight games, but only won one. :yeshrug:

The stoop with dat dope fanny padding
Agreed.

OKC is a matchup nightmare for Miami.

Thabo, Ibaka and Perk will be too Physical for Wade, he won't do shyt... Same with Bosh to a lesser extent. And Durant should pretty much match anything Bron does

Harden might even outplay Wade. Wade will give up real quick and will probably settle for jump shots all series.

And then there's this Russell Westbrook guy
