As an Irish brother Im sure you are aware that the tactic of targeting British soldiers was widely used by the Irish Republican Party (IRA)....

They killed tons of Uk soldiers because in their words The UK was occupying Northern Ireland........ soldiers werent allowed to walk around in uniform because of fears of attacks during those days....

And for the record despite protests by the UK government the IRA were regularly fundraising in America and were supported by a few US senators..... Of course after 9/11 that shyt went out the window

Im not sure Irishbomber is saying this way of thinking is correct, but rather in situations such as these this is the conclusion people tend to come to.

Im sure there were/are English people who do believe Irish people are barbaric...its the natural cycle of things.

The IRA were on permanent ceasefire three years before 9 11 happened. The IRA no longer exist. You havent a notion of what you are talking about.

You cant seriously compare a group of people opposing the occupation of their country by a foreign army, to a British born muslim convert hacking someones head off for what is happening in Afghanistan. A country he has no ties to or ever been to.

You see the IRA s aims were pretty straightforward. Equal rights for their people and British withdrawal. Pretty basic demands and after negotiation, a lot of stalemate, a compromise was eventually reached.

Compare that to muslim extremists - their aims are to obliterate the west. No room for negotiation there.

Even the BNP claim that the irish are now indigenous to the UK

30 years that wouldnt have been the case. They came full circle. The muslims can do that too. By shunning the extremists and getting their shyt together. The balls firmly in their court.

Because if they dont, well, they are looking at a bleak future in the U.K. and across Europe.

Wishing death on cartoonists, beheading dudes in the middle of a busy street and rioting in the uber liberal welfare state that is Sweden is not going to endear them to the locals. Europeans do not have a limited capacity for tolerance - eventually there will be a backlash.
