Who's third eye is open on the coli?

It's never really been "closed", just layers of filters, beliefs and emotions that have dulled it's capabilities. You kind of have to wipe that shyt clean in order for it to function properly.

I'll come back a little later when i have some time and space to really break down my experience(s) on the subject at hand, but yes, the "third eye" in my experience is literal and figurative.

Literal because the pineal is a photosensitive organ, and you as a consciousness CAN have amazing control over your biology. Figurative because the frontal lobe is essentially your emotional filter, everything that you believe and feel is sitting right in front of your face, any information that you receive passes through these filters FIRST, in essence playing an essential role in how and what you ALLOW yourself to perceive. The anja/6th/brow chakra governs your worldview, internally and externally.

Any topics that you wanna build on go ahead and throw them out, if i can speak on them from experience i will, if not we just explore in theory.

Yes there EMPHATICALLY is a light sensing organ INSIDE your SKULL. Only those with MELANIN can overstand. My third EYE has been open FOR many years and I have COMMUNICAFIED with the mothership.

3rd eye does exists and is prone to open or be more open when one is actively participating in spiritual attainment.

My 3rd eye was way more active when I was younger (17/18/19). I'd close my eyes before bed and relax and brearhe and I'd start seeing swirling colors. It started off as violet/purple and white swirls, but then it would change to all colors of the spectrum. Eventually the colors would disappear altogether and I'd see a tiny window in front of me with my eyes still closed. And with my eyes closed and viewing that window I'd see something on the other side. Sometimes I'd see what I'd see if my eyes wrre open and sometimes I'd see stuff that wasn't there.

This happened many times when I was in high school and woyld close my eyes. I'd see a grass field or I'd see someone looking at me and talkin to me, etc.

Some people use their third eye to initialize out of body experiences. I've only used that technique once. I usually just listen to the vibrations in order to have a one.

i operate under the definition that the third eye energies connect you to everything universal.. so that in itself can have several varying effects on the human body.

Aight one thing I've learned, or am still trying to learn is how to not give someone TOO much information at once, which is why i'd rather answer questions than start running my mouth.

Understand everybody is different, i'll tell you MY experiences, you may or may not experience similar. Don't assume you didn't do a particular thing right or wrong based on what i say. This is about YOU.

Now as i said before, i don't know if i would call a third eye open or closed. More so dormant/active. When active...the best way i could describe it initially would be pressure near the brow on into the middle of the head. There may be what would register as a headache, for how long and how bad i assume depends on level of health/nutrition.

Beyond the initial soreness/headache stage i would say it becomes more of a vibration or even water flowing up under your skin, especially early on. I distinctly remember a water like flow through out the sinus area and the brow.

You may not notice more than that for a while, maybe a little difference in eyesight, increase awareness of peripheral vision.

Ain't that hypnagogia ?
I've been aware of that myself but never thought it was related to the 3rd eye. When I was practicing Lucid Dreaming, some techniques were about focusing on this hypnagogics pictures in order for the brain to stay active when entering sleep state.

How long did it take you to awake it ?
Did you practice or was it natural to you ?
On, SOHH, there was a thread where you said food influence it... how important is healthy eating in the process ? I hate cooking
