How is it not Ernest Grunfeld? Hes overseen the 2 worst starts in franchise history and the team has only won .278 of their games in the last 4 1/2 seasons. Furthermore, in his 10 years at the helm the wiz have won under 40% of their games and have only managed to win 1 playoff series. Hes drafted 1 all star in 2 decades as a GM and has consistently been unable to develop talent. Grunfeld has simply proven to be a career loser perpetually "rebuilding" rosters

my point was you saying Ernie is a better GM than Dumars. He clearly isnt.I feel like my point still stands about the Wiz. They're a different team with Wall in the lineup. 6-5 since he returned and they have some solid wins. They aren't title contenders, but they appear to have some type of foundation.
Colangelo has clearly taken the lead, in my opinion. They have no plan with that team.
Dumars has made some solid moves lately. Drummond looks like he's gonna pan out and i like the trade they just made. I gotta give Joe D his props.

It could go either way. I respect your opinion, but Dumars has been a terrible GM since the Rasheed trade.
The Pistons have been healthy for the most part this season and are only 17-29, while Washington was without its best player until 11 games ago.
They're both bad, though Grunfeld has a longer history of shyttiness.

It is Daryl fukkin Morey easily. The moves this dude has made has been idiotic to say the least. This dude traded everyone away and brought in Trevor Ariza to be our 1# go to player when he was the 4th or 5th option from another team 
. Then we draft Batum and he trades him for Joey Dorsey and Donte Green. Then we had Chuck Haynes as our starting CENTER for 4 or 5 years and this nikka is 6'6 who can't shoot or jump. Every fukking year he gets rid of our go to player. The year Skip took us to the playoffs after that 20+ game win streak, he got rid of him. When Brooks started balling, he got rid of him. When Lowery became a star, he got rid of him. When Carl Landry was winning us games and was clutch, he got rid of him. At one point, we had 10 fukking power fowards on the team.

The only reason why they are starting still is so EG doesn't admit he blew the trade ALREADY
But when we go 1-10 he should be fired
and thats just the last 6 months.
I wont talk about he Vesely pick, Booker pick, or his lust for drafting tweeners.
I wont talk about signing Jamison to that ridiculous contract when he was clearly falling off (and not that good).
Wont blame him too much for signing Gilbert to that contract because that was Abe's call but the joker never did more to improve that team when Gil was healthy.
The medical staff is a shambles too.
Then you have the rumor of him not hiring a big man coach whenwanted and needed one.
Trying to keep the "big 3" together when it was clear that group didnt have much left and werent that good to begin with. So much stuff from this jackass, and he still has a job.
and he still isnt.
he is in the lower quarter in the NBA, imo.
Grunfeld is a good guy, have met him a few times and is very personable. And until '08 he wasn't too bad (did turn Kwame Brown into Caron Butler).
With that out of the way...
how he still has a job is mind boggling. Leonsis should have immediately fired him in June 2010 when he officially took over after that clusterfukk of a season.

dumars can't be the worst cuz he got a ring. dumars had 2 major missteps tho.
- first was the darko debacle
- second was blowing all his free agency money on the likes of ben gordon and charlie v the year before bron, bosh, wade, johnson, boozer, lee, and STAT became free agents.
