I agree with you.

But I'm a Pacer fan, so...:obama: (I was trolling)

In reality, a healthy Deng tops the list, followed by Gay, then Iggy and then Granger.

I like Grangers game, but he can't create his own shot. He plays better D than he gets credit for, but still probably third best D on that list. Iggy is usually inconsistent, I'd love to see him in another system. I thing he has the Deng disease, where he's not really fit to be the leader of a team. Granger has that problem too. Out of that list, I think gay is the only one who can lead, and be a leader.

With that being said, I didn't get to watch as many Memphis games this year as I did Chicago and Pacer games. I could be wrong.

From an excitement angle, Rudy is the most exciting player on that list.

As far as current circumstances, Deng plays best within the flow of the offense and in his role as a team mate.

Pacers need a coach, because Granger would be a lot better if they started their offense in the post. Both bigs pass well and could easily find an open shooter if the double came.

yea, Granger is cool, but I don't think he should be the 1st option though. but he is a good shooter. especially in 09, I thought he would have become what Durant has become with an elite first step and slash at the rim, but he is mostly just a shooter really now. I still don't get why the Pacers didn't go to Hibbert and West in the Miami series, but they just kept chucking it up. and yea, imo Rudy has superstar qualities, as he can close games out and has shown to be clutch. in the Memphis-Clippers series, the Grizzles should have won the series by game 5, but they blew that game 1 badly. Rudy has improved as a shooter, but the dude is hella good when he posts up, and the dude is lethal in the post, but at times he wants to play like a PG. and yea Vogel is a good coach, but the dude has some dumb rotations. like playing Barbosa and Amundson getting major minutes in the Heat series.

The NBA is moving away from the Big game. I really dont think Vogel was a good coach. I think O'Brien had the players so wound up, that they would play for anybody else. They still looked unorganized when it mattered. Need a PG that is more of a distributor. Thought that would be Hill, but he chucked up a gang of shots this year.

Both Hill and Collison are good PG and provide really good energy off the bench, but they aren't really PG's, but have to because they are too short and can't play the SG position. I believe the PAcers are looking at getting Jeff Teague's little brother from Kentucky. But, mann the Pacers bigs in the starting lineup D-West and Hibbert have to be a top 5 front court, with Granger that can spread the floor, but its like the other players don't want to play the inside and outside game with the bigs because its boring for them and would prefer shooting, just like what the Grizzles did against the Clippers. I'm like the Pacers had the momentum and had what it took to beat the Heat because of the advantage with the bigs, but Vogel always wanted to give Barbosa major minutes and same with Amundson and Hansbrough. I'm like mann the Pacers should have just gave it to big Roy the every position, who is an underrated passer too and imo has the qualities to be a great center for years to come, and just have him dominate. like who the fukk on the Heat can guard or wants to guard Hibbert in the post? And you got D-West, who finally started to get back into his Hornets form late into the season, and was healthy and got his legs underneath him again. But, we will see what Bird has up his sleeve. I know that the Pacers want to sign Eric Gordon and everything points to Gordon wanting to play for Indiana since he was born in Indiana

I agree with that. It was pissin me off watchin them shoot jumpers when West or Hibbert had great post possession. Shootin that crap leaves the guy posting up with no chance for a rebound. and you're right, Miami bigs aint touchin Indianas.

I hope the get Gordon. and I REALLY wish they could trade for Rondo. He would get the team just right.

We gotta see though, because as great as Gordon is with unlimited talent still in his short career, the dude has been injury prone the last 2 to 3 seasons, so teams might be hesitant to give him the max contract. but, honestly if I'm Bird, I give Gordon a max contract because Gordon for sure should be and try his hardest to not get injured playing for him hometown and the dude is underrated as hell in the cluth, but we gotta see what the Hornets do, as I think they wanna keep him to play alongside Anthony Davis, but Gordon wants to test free agency, and Indiana is the best place for him to play at and he does wanna play there, but we gotta see if the Hornets match the Pacers or other team offers by just giving Gordon the max contract anyways to stay. And yea Rondo is a great and the best pure PG in the game, but I don't think they have any tradable pieces besides maybe Hibbert? but, the Pacers would have to give up a lot though to get him, but if I'm Vogel and the PAcers, they should try to have and get the ball to Hibbert in the post or paint and have him dominate and have him average at least 20 points a game. I'm like mann Hibbert can't average 5 points a quarter? IMO Hibbert is talented, but his team and Hibbert himself can do more to be a more dominate player.

Im not sure. I wish Paul George was more aggressive. Pacers dont have anyone to take over the game when it's getting out of control. They could probably get Rondo if they get rid of George...

God have mercy on me for sayin that...:lawd:

I think he was "hurt" in New Orleans. The Clips said they weren't gonna trade him, then they did. and on top of that it was NO. I heard he was uncooperative from the jump. The blue flu was icing on the cake.

imo if I'm Bird, I would trade Granger and move Paul George to the SF position. Eric Gordon can't be a PG, that's just ain't for him. So you have to and should make Gordon the 1st option if he is with the Pacers. If I was Bird, I would try to trade Granger for a top 10 PG. Someone like Kyle Lowry who wants to leave Houston, and I think that would be a really good pick up for the Pacers, as Lowry has come into his own and is a really good defender too.

idk mane.. i think PG is gonna be a borderline star as he develops.. he was only a soph.. he's scoring leaves a lot to be desired but at 6'9 with his jumper and athleticism he should come around and it'll be absolutely :whoo: .. throw on the fact that he's already a A1 defender then it makes it :ohlawd: status

id move granger and slide him to the 3 and get EG if anything

Yea Gordon IMO was phoning it in a bit in NO. I remember it was a month or so before the season was over and I was watching NBATV and they asked what are you looking forward to after your 100% and the plans for the offseason? And the first thing that came out of his mouth was testing free agency in a hella fast way lol It sucked that he was injured because I think the Hornets would be a team fighting for a 7th or 8th seed if Gordon and everyone else was 100% healthy on NO. But, we gotta see though if Gordon likes it or not, No can and will try there hardest to keep him to pair him with Anthony Davis and will max him out or match any contract they feel like practically so it seems like Gordon's future might be out of his own hands
