In reality, a healthy Deng tops the list, followed by Gay, then Iggy and then Granger.
I like Grangers game, but he can't create his own shot. He plays better D than he gets credit for, but still probably third best D on that list. Iggy is usually inconsistent, I'd love to see him in another system. I thing he has the Deng disease, where he's not really fit to be the leader of a team. Granger has that problem too. Out of that list,
I think gay is the only one who can lead, and be a leader.
With that being said, I didn't get to watch as many Memphis games this year as I did Chicago and Pacer games. I could be wrong.
From an excitement angle, Rudy is the most exciting player on that list.
As far as current circumstances, Deng plays best within the flow of the offense and in his role as a team mate.
Pacers need a coach, because Granger would be a lot better if they started their offense in the post. Both bigs pass well and could easily find an open shooter if the double came.
