I had a chance to play the beta a few days before it came out. I got bored after about an hour. The cities are way too small. If there is no mod support the game is pretty much worthless. I can't believe I waited all these years for this bullshyt. I need to go find my simcity 4 disk. At least the flaws in that was able to be fixed by the mod community.
