Who's in shape, without going to the gym??

thread starter. what do you consider "in shape." if by in shape you mean not fat, anybody could be in shape without the gym.

:beli:That model Physique won't mean shyt when you actually have to use those muscles...

i think ol boy is an alias. he said he looks like tyson beckford (they're twins) but he's more muscular than tyson and he doesn't work out :russ:


props to yall that workout without the gym, i couldnt do it

What I mean by in shape is some muscle definition, and size also. Nothing to the extreme of body builders obviously.

I still go to the gym but for a lot shorter time and I manage to get more cut with proper nutrition.

Beach is where its at though, I like the outside gym and the bars on the beach, I switch up between there, the one in the groove & the one in Pinecrest. :bow: to whoever idea it was to put up them outdoor gyms.

Not that I know of, I copped one from Walmart for like 40 or 50 and it came with 2 dumbbell bars too, I just use the plates from my bench on them. If u want the ez bar alone its prolly cheaper.

I've got one of those outside gyms with the bars about 4 blocks from the house. Sometimes I'll jog there, and hit the bars.

Can go a long way with a bench, pair of adjustable dumbbells, some high tension resistance bands, and pull up bar.

200 push ups
60 pull ups

200 - ab-slide reps( fukk what you herd shyt works)

got a bench bar with weights so i can curl and do my neck muscles..

and 2 25lb dumb-bells for chest flys


GYM is needed tho for doin leg workouts..(squats)

you can achieve great results with very little equipment....
