The last time I had a gym membership was almost 2 years ago, I left the LA Fitness in the Brickell downtown Miami area because they were taxing like crazy AND this shyt was getting ridiculously packed. So ever since I left, my workout consists of pushups, dips, pullups, and using my 25lb dumbells I have at home for different workouts. I'll get my cardio whenever I decide to go for a jog or playing ball.
Any of you guys in good shape without using the gym??

i got 3 adjustable dumbells,two set at 50lbs and the other at 70lbs,110lbs on the curl bar and 190 on the bench,until i outgrow these i have no need for the gym
