People are trashing TP too much. He has outplayed his contract, he's a good player, and an important part of this team. He's essentially a vet min contract

It's not TP's fault that Ham is forcing him to be a starter, playing 30+ min, asking him to guard the opposing teams best perimeter threat and cover for the DLO/Reaves backcourt

He is a good backup wing, who maybe can start in certain matchups. Darvin plays him like he's the 3rd/4th best player

I agree, TP has good value when used correctly...I'm not saying we should trade TP for Dennis because I don't like him....I just think trading him would improve our backcourt depth and force Ham to play Vando/Rui...

Rui was a perfect 4 for 4, scored 11 pts, and was a +6 but only played 18 minutes .....while TP was 0 for 2 scored 0 pts, and was a -22 but played 24 minutes......Rui should've played 26-32 minutes minutes last night.

Trading TP for Dennis would help LA's defense and force Ham to play Vando/Rui more minutes.

TYRONE GA!
Because GS didn't make 14 more shots than them.

LA had 49 made FGs and GS had 55.

The Warriors had 133 points from field goals and 11 from free throws.

Lakers had 107 from field goals and 38 from free throws.

So including the threes and six more made FGs, GS was +26 on field goals. That's why it's not accurate to simply state GS was +42 from three. There are other methods of scoring and GS making a three isn't +3 over an LA layup, it's just +1.

Yeah!

Laker fans have got to be nervous with the way Dlo ran PG the last 3 minutes of the game...Turnovers, missed reads, Ill-advised shots...If we can trade Dlo for Murray then somehow get Dennis...That would greatly improve our backcourt defense and our chances of winning the championship.....Getting a backup big would also be smart just in case AD misses a stretch of games.

How are we getting Dennis back?

Yall keep bringing up trading DLo but I need to see a realistic deal that actually makes us contenders.

Toronto looks like they are in rebuild mode after trading Siakam and Anunoby...Atlanta wants a 3rd team to take Dlo.

3way trade Proposal:
To Atlanta- Prince, JHS, McDaniels & 2029 1st rd pk

To Toronto- Dlo & (2) 2nd rd pks from Lakers

To Lakers- Murray & Dennis

Why make this trade:
Atlanta- Trade Murray before his long-term contract kicks in...They'll save about 17m in cap space

Toronto- They are in rebuild mode...If Dlo opts out they clear 17m in cap space...If he opts in they have a productive PG for one season at a good price and can trade him before next season's trade deadline.

Los Angeles- Perimeter defense/Depth....Murray locked in for another 4 years at a good price...More minutes for Vando/Rui.

Defensive Lineup:
G- Dennis
G- Murray
C- AD
F- Lebron
F- Vando

Offensive Lineup:
G- Reaves
G- Murray
C- AD
F- Lebron
F- Rui

Shooting still isn't addressed. That team isn't winning anything.

Don't they want first round picks for him?

Rui has lots of upside and could probably avg 17-20 ppg if given the playing time.....So he's probably just as good as a #1 pk.....Especially when you consider that any first rd pk from LA could be 15th or lower.
