Not many good coaches available, you can't go for a young coach because of Bron and AD, you don't want to go for the old vet coach because Bron will be done in a year and you don't want to fire another coach. Ty Lue might be the only guy that fits best of both world. Jeanie should get on her knees and apologize for disrespecting him and beg him to join

He will get that because he deserves it for his play and off court contributions. Being realistic, this group isn't doing shyt lol, they have reached their peak, only thing is to fully reset or pray a superstar joins AD after Bron retires.
The next coach has to be the coach for the future.
