This why Im slowly giving up trying to chase women. Many of yall don't know what you want, get into relationship with a guy you like even if he's not the right kind of guy, then complain that all men are trash.

But, I think I can try to understand what OP is talking about: When OP is talking about "Hood" dudes, she probably talking about how dominant, aggressive, yet nonchalant type of black dude with street cred. Not exactly some mean thug that does crime all the time and treats her like shyt. However, If OP's ideal guy did do some illegal activity on the side, she wouldn't mind if only it's kept on the DL, he's not killed or any serious danger, and he could provide for her. That's my guess if OP isn't being clear. Those are the types of dudes most girls get at nowadays, so I can't complain no more. It is what it is.

I'm from the hood grew up eating hotdogs and noodles dated hood bytches all through out my younger days. Probably the definition of "Tupac in a business suit" There is nothing normal about being an environment that isn't productive. Nothing normal having having friends die before 25, nothing normal about having bytches try to set you up, nothing normal not having a grocery store to buy food. Nothing normal about not being able to go to other "hoods" unless you know someone.

Not sure why people want to paint a different picture, while there are Nice people in every hood the same types of people exist in non hood areas with a higher amount of individuals who aren't dysfunctional. That dysfunctional behavior stems from lack of education, lack of nutritious food, lack of economic opportunities,
drugs, lead poisoning just to name a few.

I dont know what @Rawtid talkin bout she on some ratchet shyt . No sensible person would want to live date or marry someone from that type environment. I know nikkas who are from the same "hoods" I lived in and were cool, hardworking but never moved out their "Hood" and end up murdered for no reason.

I'll take my chance living among black people in non-hood areas and dating black women with non- hood personalities or dysfunctional upbringings.
