I think "hood" is subjective, like I don't want s gang banger but I do like guys that grew up kind of rough but have common sense and are about something.

I never understood why hood is automatically seen as a negative. I'm a corny, lame cat who grew up in the hood and my hood homies never judged me (No more than we judged any nikkas). shyt, some OGs and "thuggish" dudes saved my life plus my future by trying to steer me away from crime.
