Who's been more disappointing? Rusev v Wyatt

Bray because he's been given every shine to shine even while taken L's. He probably gets the most screen time for promos than any other person on the roster that isn't a main eventer. They basically placed a weird ceiling over Rusev and I'm trying to figure out why.
