Of course those women are undeniably beautiful, but what happened with Whoopi is what I’ve mentioned happens with “average” dark skinned women: average dark skinned women don’t get the same treatment as average women of other complexions or races. If you’re dark skinned and you aren’t bad, you’re basically seen as unattractive.

Makes a HUGE difference. A good brow literally frames your face and can streamline your features. I’m not unattractive by any means, but if my brows aren’t freshly threaded (like up to 3 weeks out) you will NOT catch me without penciled brows. Forget foundation, concealer, powder, etc.
