Whoever suggested doing only pushups and pullups on here is a genius.

Pull ups are awesome. I virtually stopped doing back exercises and just focused on a variety of pull ups and weighted pull ups, I have never had better results for my back and traps.

Weighted dips are also great.

I've been going hardcore with the calisthenics workouts while pushing weights more in the background. Focusing on bodyweight won't get you that bodybuilder mass, but it will make you look bigger than you are now because you will get cut up and get proportional muscles. It's more like you won't be one of those dudes that everybody thinks you're huge with your shirt on, but if you take it off, the ladies will admire because you're cut and shaped up.

Try different push-ups to keep from getting bored like diamonds, declines, inclines, etc. People got to understand that you don't need to lift heavy weights in order to have a solid, fit looking body. You do for a lot of mass, but not to have a fit body. Roy Jones never lifted weights until he made his move to heavyweight. In fact, a lot of boxers recommend against lifting weights because it can slow you down, with Joe Frazier being one notable example. You will ultimately end up with a slim, compact look.
