I always thought gainin weight wuz mostly about eatin a lot of food...and I hate forcin myself to eat a lot of food....for the past week I just beein pushups and pullups and resistance excercises with the same towels I dry my balls off with and I'm lookin bigger then I ever have bruh...my food routine is I get up at 7am for work...eat a bag of peanuts early in the morning until about 12 and then i eat a 99cent bag of chips til I get off at about 4...eat 2 pieces of chicken whenever I get home or right before I leave work....eat 2 more pieces later on usually about 8 or 9ish....eat a peanut butter,banana and strawberry jelly sandwhich before I go to bed....props to the coli...I might max out doin this soon but I might not
