I always thought gainin weight wuz mostly about eatin a lot of food...and I hate forcin myself to eat a lot of food....for the past week I just beein pushups and pullups and resistance excercises with the same towels I dry my balls off with and I'm lookin bigger then I ever have bruh:win:...my food routine is I get up at 7am for work...eat a bag of peanuts early in the morning until about 12 and then i eat a 99cent bag of chips til I get off at about 4...eat 2 pieces of chicken whenever I get home or right before I leave work....eat 2 more pieces later on usually about 8 or 9ish....eat a peanut butter,banana and strawberry jelly sandwhich before I go to bed....props to the coli...I might max out doin this soon but I might not:obama:

Were you doing any sort of physical training before and just eating?

Bodyweight workouts can give you great results but weights give you many more options on how you want to sculpt your body

Nah I wuz liftin weights too but I would always feel too bulky,wore out all the time,and sore most importantly....I feel sore with the shyt I'm doin that day but wake up feelin pretty good and loose.

For legs I lay on my stomach,and do pushups with my legs if u can imagine what I'm sayin,that works the front of my legs...for the back of my legs I lean my back towards the wall and put the bottom of my foot on the wall. Like u would posin against a school locker tryna look cute...then I thrust myself off the wall with my foot...nuthin but resistance...get the back of ya leg and ya booty cheeks tight

i dont know about all that for legs, but i would just do explosive jumps and sprinting if you can manage it if weights arent for you

im lean as fukk... (push ups/pull ups) work your entire upper body and your core @ the same time

i only drink water.. and grape juice/orange juice

kill the soda watch the results...


my shoulders are wide and defined as fukk

push ups are the best exercise IMO for shoulders


in egypt they made their "kings" shoulders wide on purpose.. like you said wide shoulders are an instinct humans relate to "kings" "gods" etc...

carry the world on my shoulders:shaq:

look @ dwight howard you ever see pics of him in HS? he skinny.. he said PUSH UPS is what made his shoulders so defined/broad
