Batman winning is always the answer by default. Retractable claws? He might give batman that one famous Bruce Lee claw mark, but that's about it. Once Batman realizes he's made of metal, he will lead him into a room with a powerful magnet. The magnet will then subdue Wolverine and the dialouge would look like this :

Wolverine: I'm not done with you
Batman: From where I'm standing it is.

I'm saying though...Bruce from atop that building wherever he was, before he even confronted Logan would have thought to himself hmm...those claws look retractable. Might have to keep my distance.

Why would he attempt to fight someone like that in a close quarters combat situation? That's not Batman.

Hell I don't even think Nightwing or Robin (Jason would just started shooting but Tim and Damian would have thought the same thing Bruce thought) would do some dumb shyt like that.

Plus the computer might have even told him that this person cross checks as a person of interest in various databases and to proceed with extreme caution. Logan might be invisible to most but people who need to know know that he's dangerous and Bats has access to all those databases and more.

if they were locked in a cage, or up close space, no holds barred to the death fight Wolverine would take it. Wolverine is a samurai, a spy, a cowboy, a soldier, a brawler, a ninja, and lived a long time as an animal in the wild. on top of that Batman aint gonna box a dude with a metal skeleton who take an insane amount of pain all the times and win. Wolverine is on kill most of the time and has more bodies than the there are people in Rhode Island. he would take this no question.

The only hope Batman has, is if he actually went for the kill, and used his ninja/martial arts training and went for the throat, used the shuriken to blind dude, the fins on his forearms throw him around and choke him into unconsciousness. Logan can get sloppy due to his healing factor and gets throw around a lot. Also, Wolverine can drown, so it goes without saying you can probably choke him out and then finish him, like pull out his guts, his heart, brain etc. Batman would need to go into killer mode, and he dont do that. so that would be it.

If Batman can get the drop on Superman, he can figure out Wolverine's weakness and make it an even fight. Like people said, Bats just needs to study his opponent; going in blind and of course Wolverine would kill him.

why does Batman get to study anything? So he gets Alfred, the Batcave, the Batcomputer, as much time as he needs, and anything else like intergalactic Krytopnite just because? Why doesnt Wolverine get a psychic mutant to help him? or call in Xavier to shut Batman's brain off? what about his sword forged from a soul that can cut anything? or fly an alien bomb into his house? come on yall, straight up, one on one, Batman aint stopping some overpowered metal mutant animal that cant be killed with hands.
